Product & Delivery Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Product & Delivery Operations Lead who can bridge data and people to drive clarity across complex product and delivery workstreams. In this hands‑on position you will shape how product, engineering, delivery and programme teams coordinate, using Jira, reporting, automation and AI to improve our operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of product demand, priorities and pipeline maturity, ensuring work is owned and progressing through scoping and grooming.
• Oversee pre‑development readiness, spot gaps early and define clear ownership for corrective actions.
• Provide capacity, demand and sprint‑commitment visibility to support delivery planning, forecasting and programme management.
• Ensure accurate Epic dates, forecasts and delivery progress in Jira, enforcing SDLC governance from inception to release.
• Run the product and delivery operational reporting suite, turning data into actionable insights.
• Leverage Jira, automation and AI tooling to streamline operations, reduce manual effort and surface systemic issues for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product or delivery operations, product delivery, delivery management or business analysis within a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of product practices, Agile development and the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to analyse complex operational data, identify early issues and drive resolutions.
• Confident communicator who can constructively challenge across product, engineering, delivery and programme functions.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.
