Payments and Fraud Operations Analyst - Night Shift

About the role

Join LiveScore Group’s Payments Team on a night shift to monitor and protect the flow of deposits and withdrawals across our sportsbook platform. You will work a 12‑hour rotating schedule (9 pm‑9 am) and split your time between the office and home.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Identify suspicious activity using fraud monitoring tools and in‑house solutions.
• Conduct initial investigations and take corrective actions to mitigate financial loss.
• Handle chargeback administration and case management on a regular basis.
• Respond to reconciliation emails from the Finance team to ensure high‑quality service.
• Escalate payment‑related incidents (e.g., PSP disruptions, deposit/withdrawal issues) to the technical team.
• Manage internal escalations from Customer Support, Player Protection, Player Engagement, and AML departments.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload efficiently.
• Good communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Decision‑making capability under time‑pressured conditions.
