People Partner

About the role

As a People Partner at Patrianna Limited you will sit at the centre of our People function, driving HR strategy in a fast‑moving iGaming environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers while owning employee‑relations matters from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Head of HR, managers and department heads to shape workforce plans, org design and people initiatives.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance feedback and conflict resolution.
• Own the employee‑relations caseload, conduct investigations and recommend compliant outcomes.
• Advise on policy and global employment‑law compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support drafting, updating and rolling out People policies.
• Analyse people metrics, turnover and engagement data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Champion culture and values by leading employee‑engagement programmes and cultural initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Learning & Development to deliver company‑wide programmes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Proven HR experience; iGaming background is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience managing complex employee‑relations cases and solid knowledge of global employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Comfortable working with remote teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
