Real Time CRM Executive

About the role

As a member of the Real Time CRM team at evoke, you will create timely, relevant and engaging communications that enhance every stage of the customer journey for Sports and Gaming products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and deliver real‑time CRM campaigns across Sports and Gaming products.
• Coordinate campaign delivery through Bloomreach and other CRM platforms across Email, Push and Welcome journeys.
• Identify opportunities for personalised next‑best‑action campaigns and promotions.
• Create marketing copy and content showcasing products, promotions and sporting events.
• Collaborate with data, automation and wider CRM teams to develop real‑time audiences.
• Use bonus and promotional tools to design exclusive campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to optimise future activity.
• Support CRM activity during key sporting events, adapting quickly to live opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle or one‑to‑one customer marketing, preferably B2C digital.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passion for sport and understanding of betting and gaming industry.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends during major events.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM campaign management platforms (e.g., Bloomreach).
• Experience with email, SMS and push‑notification marketing.
