Creative Strategist

About the role

Medialicious is looking for a Creative Strategist to turn insights and trends into high‑performing creative concepts that fuel user acquisition for its portfolio of fast‑growing social gaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Write scripts, hooks, calls‑to‑action and storyboards for short‑form video ads that capture attention.
• Build creative briefs informed by audience insights, performance data and platform trends.
• Partner with Paid Social, Design, Motion and Influencer teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on results.
• Support A/B testing by creating creative variations and identifying winning themes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to accelerate brainstorming and copywriting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative strategy, content creation or digital marketing, with a portfolio of social or video campaigns.
• Hands‑on ability to write scripts, storyboards or briefs for short‑form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Curious, trend‑aware and comfortable turning data into creative decisions.
• Experience with AI‑generated content tools is a plus.
