About the role

Join an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family as a Spanish‑speaking nanny, providing flexible, high‑quality childcare while travelling across Europe and beyond. You will work alongside a close‑knit team of five dedicated nannies, supporting two young children (a 3‑year‑old and a 10‑month‑old) and covering shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to both children, adapting fluidly between them.
• Cover rota gaps for existing nannies during sick leave or holidays, including 24/7 on‑call periods of up to two weeks.
• Travel internationally with the family, relocating to a new base roughly every three months.
• Collaborate closely with the wider nanny team to ensure seamless, consistent childcare.
• Engage in active indoor and outdoor activities, matching the energy of very active toddlers.

Required profile

• Native‑level or highly proficient Spanish; good English for team communication.
• Physically fit and energetic, able to keep up with active toddlers and a demanding travel schedule.
• EU passport holder (right to work in the EU).
• Polished, professional presentation suitable for a UHNW household.
• Experience working in luxury or high‑net‑worth family settings.
• Willingness to live in the family’s accommodation during cover periods, potentially sharing a room with a child.
