Arabic VIP Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking VIP Support Agent to join our Gibraltar team. The role involves providing proactive, service‑driven support to VIP members across the Arabic (Oriental/Gulf) region, including phone, email and live‑chat interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to retain and convert existing and potential VIP members via phone, email and live chat.
• Make outbound calls to assist with deposits, promote events, bonuses and payment methods.
• Welcome newly registered members, guide them through registration, product knowledge and deposit processes.
• Handle member enquiries on games, deposits, cash‑out and other issues.
• Translate content for the Support Department and other teams as required.
• Participate in special outbound projects, testing new games/products and mentor newer team members.

Required profile

• Customer service and sales experience with strong communication skills.
• Analytical ability, good judgment, emotional intelligence and ability to build effective relationships.
• Highly motivated, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
