About the role

Join Sabor a España as a part‑time sales associate in Gibraltar, working 20 hours per week. You will help craft traditional Spanish sweets on site and share them with customers from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare turrones, nuts, candied fruits and other sweets directly in the store (training provided).
• Engage with customers, explain the products and create a lively buying experience.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, energetic environment while working rotating shifts, including weekends and peak season periods.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team and contribute to a dynamic, agile workplace.

Required profile

• Enjoys selling and feels comfortable talking to people.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and high‑season periods.
• Positive attitude, high energy and a desire to be part of something different.
• No prior experience required; motivation and good attitude are essential.
