Chief Executive Officer – Consumer Gaming Platform

About the role

It is entering a phase of global expansion, deeper monetisation, and building the next‑generation community‑first entertainment experience. The CEO will provide world‑class commercial and operational leadership to drive this ambitious growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and set strategic direction for domestic and international markets.
• Lead the commercial engine, including monetisation, subscriptions, advertising, partnerships and new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to shape the product roadmap.
• Work with the CFO on financial discipline, capital strategy and investor relations.
• Develop and nurture community, creator and publisher partnerships that fuel the business flywheel.
• Define and execute international expansion plans across new markets and user cohorts.

Required profile

• Senior iGaming operator experience (CEO, COO, MD or Deputy CEO) in a B2C real‑money gaming or fantasy sports business.
• Proven track record of growing paying users, building engaged communities and delivering strong VIP, retention, ARPU and LTV metrics.
• Global market mindset with experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and multicultural teams.
• Hands‑on builder who can roll up sleeves and drive execution.
• Comfortable representing the business to institutional shareholders, investors and global partners.
