Creative Strategist

About the role

Medialicious is looking for a Creative Strategist to turn insights and trends into high‑performing creative concepts that drive user acquisition for its portfolio of social gaming brands. You will work at the intersection of data, storytelling and paid‑social execution, shaping strategy and delivering measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social on Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write scripts, hooks, CTAs and storyboards for short‑form video ads.
• Build creative briefs based on audience insights, performance data and platform trends.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Design, Motion and Influencer teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on results.
• Support A/B testing by creating creative variations and identifying winning themes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting and concept development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Creative Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social content or video concepts.
• Hands‑on experience writing scripts, storyboards or briefs for short‑form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Curious, trend‑aware and comfortable translating data into creative decisions.
