Creative Strategist

About the role

Medialicious is seeking a Creative Strategist to transform insights and trends into high‑performing creative concepts that drive user acquisition for its portfolio of fast‑growing social gaming brands. You will work within a data‑centric, experimental marketing team that values autonomy and real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social on Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Write scripts, hooks, calls‑to‑action and storyboards for short‑form video ads that capture attention.
• Build creative briefs informed by audience insights, performance data and platform trends.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Design, Motion and Influencer teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on results.
• Support A/B testing by creating creative variations and identifying winning themes.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney and Runway to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting and concept development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Creative Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social content or video concepts.
• Hands‑on experience writing scripts, storyboards or briefs for short‑form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Curious, trend‑aware and comfortable translating data into creative decisions.
