Customer Assistant – Market Street & Café

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable people to join our store team and serve our customers across Market Street and the café. You will work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that keep the shop running smoothly, ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the store and café, answering queries and providing product information.
• Support various store areas, including checkout, shelves, and the café, as required.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established processes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for shoppers.
• Contribute to team efficiency by following timed activities and routines.
