Customer Assistant – Market Street & Café

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our store team as Customer Assistants. You will work across the shop and café, helping customers find what they need quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced, structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and at the café, answering queries and providing product information.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain tidy and well‑stocked shelves, following safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support timed activities such as stock replenishment and promotional set‑ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Helpful, friendly attitude with a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoys staying active and working hands‑on in a busy environment.
• Comfortable following structured routines and safety processes.
• Willingness to learn and support different areas of the store.
