Entry Level Media Buyer

About the role

Join a fast‑paced marketing team as a Junior Media Buyer, supporting paid‑media performance across Meta, Google, native and other platforms. This hybrid, full‑time role in Gibraltar is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience or motivated newcomers eager to grow in performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, native and additional platforms.
• Identify new traffic sources, publishers and acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare daily performance reports and analyse campaign data.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to track trends and performance metrics.
• Extract actionable insights from data to improve results.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, reporting and routine marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to enhance ad creatives.
• Support day‑to‑day campaign management and broader marketing operations.

Required profile

• Experience running ads on Meta, Google Ads or other paid‑media platforms.
• Background in media buying, performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Google Analytics.
• Use of AI tools for marketing, data analysis or content creation.
• Strong interest in digital advertising, user acquisition and consumer behaviour.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Romanian) are a plus.
