Finance & Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Compliance Officer to join our finance team in Gibraltar. The role supports daily financial operations while ensuring the company meets high standards of regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for the Group and its entities, supporting month‑end and year‑end closing, journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial reports for management, shareholders and auditors.
• Monitor inter‑company transactions, balances and documentation, and assist with budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring correct coding, approvals, ageing analysis and timely collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash movements, liquidity and treasury activities, and support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and corporate governance, maintaining appropriate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financial controls, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proven ability to produce accurate financial statements and reports.
