Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Eliott Hotel is seeking a friendly and customer‑focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join its Front‑of‑House team. You will be the face of the hotel, helping guests enjoy their stay by delivering excellent service and ensuring high standards for food and drink.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and answer a wide range of queries, not limited to food and drink.
• Communicate dietary requirements and special requests accurately to the kitchen.
• Maintain the quality and presentation of food and beverage items.
• Support colleagues in a fast‑paced environment and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
• Assist with any additional front‑of‑house duties as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a passion for high‑quality customer care.
• Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Right to work in Gibraltar.
• Customer‑focused mindset, suitable for a waiter or waitress role.
