We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering outstanding service at our prestigious hotel. The role involves overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Supervise floor operations, ensuring sections are stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Ensure top‑quality service and attention to detail for maximum guest satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly staff training, assess performance, and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain daily log sheets, report test scores, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee event execution and uphold venue presentation standards.
• Test staff knowledge on food, beverages, and upselling techniques.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
