We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Catering Manager to lead our daily catering operations. The role involves coordinating staff, managing logistics and ensuring top‑quality service for events and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily catering operations and staff.
• Manage schedules, orders, logistics and administration.
• Plan and oversee catering events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, quality and service.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and management.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Experience in catering or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Confident with computers and administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
