FP&A Analyst – Digital Finance (Hybrid, Gibraltar)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial reviews for a leading online bingo and gaming brand. Working closely with the Head of Online Finance, you will provide the numbers and insights that drive weekly trading and monthly performance discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc trading reports covering revenue, customer KPIs, margin and marketing spend.
• Support the monthly management pack, board slides and commentary, including variance analysis.
• Maintain finance dashboards, reporting templates and identify automation opportunities.
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecast cycles, updating models and pressure‑testing outputs.
• Provide analytical support to the marketing team on acquisition, engagement and retention metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback).
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on finance requirements, UAT/testing and data‑governance.

Required profile

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting, preferably within a consumer, digital, subscription or gaming business.
• Part‑qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA or ACA student) seeking broader commercial exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
