Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an analytical, numbers‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the performance and execution of our Meta Ads strategy. You will scale HIGHER! beyond its current audience by designing end‑to‑end campaigns that turn cold traffic into paying participants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the full‑funnel architecture, from paid acquisition to landing pages, email sequences and final sign‑up.
• Lead creative quality control by defining hooks, angles and performance copy, working closely with designers and editors.
• Drive performance and ROI, tracking daily metrics, adjusting budgets and optimizing funnel logic based on data.
• Set audience strategy, identify new segments, run warming strategies and craft conversion pathways such as quizzes and commitment hooks.
• Execute lifecycle journeys, ensuring seamless transition from Meta lead to active challenge participant and maintaining tracking tools.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Creative strategist who can craft high‑performing ad concepts and iterate quickly.
• Direct communicator fluent in UK English, comfortable in a lean, high‑output team.
• Experience selling info‑products, challenges or transformation‑focused offers rather than standard SaaS.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and proven scaling of paid spend.
• Technical funnel building using Typeform, landing‑page builders and CRM software.
• Ability to write and optimise performance‑focused ad copy.
• Familiarity with finance, crypto, trading, e‑products or ecommerce audiences.
