Handyman – Property Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Property Operations team. The successful candidate will travel across our portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality and office properties, delivering reactive and preventive maintenance, small refurbishments and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work in serviced apartments, hotels, offices, commercial spaces and residential units.
• Carry out reactive maintenance tasks in response to reported issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to identify and address potential problems.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, hinges, furniture, walls, ceilings, flooring, tiles, silicone and sealants.
• Execute basic plumbing tasks such as replacing taps, fixing leaks and installing bathroom/kitchen accessories.
• Perform basic electrical tasks where qualified, including replacing switches, sockets and lighting fixtures.
• Assist with property renovation and refurbishment projects and support external contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable, versatile and comfortable travelling between multiple sites.
• Good communication skills to interact with tenants, guests and contractors.
