Head of Product

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product to steer the future of Relax Gaming’s portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead a team of Product Managers across multiple domains, ensuring products delight operators, engage players and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing product organisation, establishing best practices for discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Define and translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, aligning investments with commercial priorities and company objectives.
• Own prioritisation across a complex digital product portfolio, monitor KPIs and make data‑driven trade‑offs.
• Deeply understand operator needs, player behaviour and market trends to validate opportunities and guide commercial teams.
• Improve delivery processes, remove organisational blockers and champion agile product development principles.
• Hire, mentor and build succession plans for product talent, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years leading product managers or product teams.
• Proven track record managing complex digital product portfolios and delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance short‑term delivery and long‑term strategic initiatives.
• Excellent people leadership skills, capable of building high‑performing, outcome‑focused teams.
