Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve superior cleanliness standards.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public spaces to verify compliance with quality and presentation criteria.
• Allocate tasks, organise shifts, and coordinate team activities.
• Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with external service providers to maintain service quality.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the hotel.
• Contribute to cost‑control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and calmness under pressure.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and team‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and passion for cleanliness.
