Intelligence Analyst – Blockchain & Crypto

About the role

The Intelligence Analyst, Blockchain & Crypto will join Sportradar’s Rights & Revenue Protection team to support investigations that safeguard intellectual property and recover revenue using blockchain intelligence and cryptocurrency tracing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all‑source intelligence investigations across rights protection, enforcement and revenue recovery.
• Perform blockchain analysis and cryptocurrency tracing to map transaction flows, wallet relationships and beneficial owners.
• Collect and evaluate open‑source, cyber and blockchain data to produce actionable intelligence.
• Monitor and analyse prediction‑market ecosystems, identifying market makers, liquidity providers and emerging platforms.
• Investigate sports‑focused prediction markets, including wallet attribution and ecosystem mapping.
• Develop and maintain intelligence holdings on crypto‑enabled services, exchanges, wallets and payment methods.
• Produce analytical assessments, investigative reports, link‑analysis visualisations and stakeholder briefings.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies, trends and risks relevant to Sportradar.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in intelligence, investigations, law enforcement, cyber security, financial crime, fraud, due‑diligence or digital‑asset investigations.
• Proven ability to conduct analytical investigations and deliver intelligence‑led outputs.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, exchanges, wallets, bridges).
• Familiarity with prediction‑market dynamics, market makers and liquidity providers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with blockchain analytics platforms such as Chainalysis Reactor, TRM Forensics or Elliptic Investigator.
• Proficiency in OSINT, CYBINT and DNINT investigative techniques.
• Technical knowledge of Bitcoin and Ethereum ecosystems, stablecoins and DeFi protocols.
• Ability to analyse cryptocurrency transaction data and behavioural patterns.
