Marketing Manager – Social Media & Content

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally and looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our social media and content initiatives. The role will focus on creating, publishing and analysing content across Instagram and LinkedIn while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn, managing the daily content calendar and community interactions.
• Collaborate with design, content and compliance teams to produce on‑brand visuals for marketing campaigns and events.
• Maintain and refresh our presence on review platforms, coordinating response cadence with the wider team.
• Organise photo shoots and video productions for use across channels.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and recommend adjustments.
• Support launch and maintenance of engagement initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, social media or design (including internships or freelance work).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media channels, including scheduling and basic analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with brand guidelines.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple small projects and meet content deadlines.
