Marketing Manager – Spain Market

About the role

As a Marketing Manager for Spain, you will be based in Malta or Gibraltar and lead the development of media strategies and campaigns that strengthen bet365’s presence in the Spanish market. You will work within the Brand Marketing team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver integrated communications across media, sponsorship and creative channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute 360‑degree brand marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Lead media strategy and buying across television, sponsorship, digital, radio and out‑of‑home.
• Manage large budgets, support investment planning and ensure efficient payment processes.
• Brief internal and external agencies to guarantee creative excellence and KPI measurement.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to optimise campaign performance.
• Use research and insight to continuously improve brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial experience in sports sponsorship, media planning and media buying, preferably within the gambling industry.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and agency relationships.
• Strong brief‑writing, creative judgement and collaborative approach.
• Data‑literacy with the capacity to select measurement metrics and generate actionable insights.
