Media and Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Media and Acquisition Manager will lead the Media & Acquisition team, driving acquisition performance across all paid marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Media & Acquisition, the role combines strategic planning, campaign execution and optimisation to support growth of the Sky Gaming portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, managing day‑to‑day planning, execution and optimisation of media campaigns.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead a team of media professionals, including two Senior Media Executives, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing Services, Brand, CRM, Commercial, Product, Creative and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring media requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
