Night Porter

About the role

Join Sircle Collection’s front‑office team as a Night Porter, providing attentive, guest‑focused service during the evening hours. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay while upholding the brand’s values of Care, Pride, Accountability and Determination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at reception, manage luggage, and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain the lobby, exterior, and back‑of‑house areas to a pristine standard, following cleaning guidelines.
• Assist with room service, food and beverage delivery, and conduct regular property walkthroughs.
• Monitor fire routes, doors and health‑and‑safety procedures, supporting the Night Manager with security and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or high‑school education.
• Ideally previous experience in hotel or hospitality customer service, cleaning or night duties.
• Excellent personal presentation and adherence to uniform standards.
• Flexibility to work varied night shifts and the right to work in Gibraltar.

Required skills

• Strong guest‑care and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving and the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
