Paid Social Manager

About the role

Midnite is looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead the commercial strategy and performance of its paid social channels. You will work on‑site in Gibraltar, partnering with an agency to drive growth across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own Midnite’s paid social strategy and commercial performance across multiple platforms.
• Allocate and govern budgets based on CPA, FTD growth, NGR payback and cohort quality.
• Lead incrementality testing using geo‑tests, audience holdouts and lift studies.
• Drive creative testing in collaboration with Creative and Brand teams.
• Oversee and challenge agency optimisation of campaign structure, bidding, tracking and landing pages.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, Data and Compliance to ensure measurable, compliant activity.
• Identify new growth opportunities and support new‑market launches with clear benchmarks.
• Build relationships with platform partners to access new features, betas and insights.
• Maintain governance over material budget decisions and hold agency partners accountable.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing high‑performing paid social campaigns with significant acquisition budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong knowledge of Snap, TikTok, Reddit or X platforms.
• Understanding of mobile attribution and tracking, using MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets and making data‑driven decisions.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for both website and mobile app acquisition.
• Ability to lead creative discussions and understand high‑converting paid social advertising.
