PPC Executive

About the role

The PPC Executive will drive paid‑search performance for BVGroup’s B2C brands across regulated markets such as Ireland, the UK and Ontario. Working on‑site in Gibraltar, you will execute multi‑market campaigns, manage budgets and optimise for acquisition metrics including first‑time deposit (FTD), net gaming revenue (NGR) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key responsibilities

• Execute PPC strategies defined by the PPC Manager and optimise assigned accounts to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign activity across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads and other platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in each market.
• Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids, testing ad copy and conducting keyword optimisation to achieve market‑specific FTD and NGR goals.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, providing data‑driven insights for business decisions.
• Perform technical optimisations, troubleshoot tracking issues and apply innovative PPC techniques to improve efficiency and scale.
• Maintain a robust commercial approach, adhering to KPIs and budget constraints for each market.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑budget, multi‑market PPC campaigns, preferably in regulated iGaming environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends and present actionable insights.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, especially for tracking and attribution challenges.
• Ability to work independently on‑site while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
