PPC Lead (Maternity Cover)

About the role

MrQ is seeking a PPC Lead on a maternity‑cover basis to own the full paid‑acquisition stack across web and app. The role combines search and app campaigns into a single strategy, leveraging AI to accelerate research, analysis and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end: keyword research, ad creation, bid optimisation, audience segmentation and performance monitoring.
• Allocate and reallocate budget across channels to meet KPI targets and maximise ROI.
• Integrate AI tools for keyword and competitor research, ad copy generation, anomaly detection and first‑pass reporting.
• Analyse data from Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust and Looker Studio to turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Run continuous A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages and user flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience owning PPC and app‑marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to make rapid budget and bid decisions without extensive sign‑offs.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting Firebase, Adjust and other performance data.
• Experience working in fast‑growth, performance‑driven environments, preferably online gaming or gambling.
