Programmatic Marketing Manager

About the role

YSIYellow Social Interactive is seeking a commercially‑minded, technically strong Programmatic Marketing Manager to own and scale performance acquisition across in‑app, display, native and retargeting channels. The role will focus on platforms such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Yahoo DSP and Taboola, while also building a test‑and‑learn roadmap for emerging channels like CTV, DOOH and podcasts. You will work closely with Analytics, Creative, Product and Partnerships to optimise acquisition volume, efficiency and long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across programmatic, in‑app, display, native and retargeting channels.
• Manage budgets, pacing and efficiency targets, supporting forecasting and growth modelling.
• Identify and develop new channel opportunities, including US multi‑state UA strategy with geo‑targeting.
• Implement and QA channel‑side tracking, maintain attribution accuracy and resolve integration issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of creative, audience, bidding and campaign structure.
• Build and maintain a structured testing programme with clear hypotheses and measurement.
• Leverage AI‑powered campaign tools and smart bidding to improve efficiency.
• Support senior performance marketing leadership and foster a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in programmatic acquisition and performance marketing.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with analytics, creative, product and partnership teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and fraud risk mitigation.
