SailPoint Identity Governance Consultant

About the role

Cyderes is seeking a customer‑facing Consultant to lead the technical deployment of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions. Working closely with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager, you will deliver high‑quality IAM implementations that help clients manage risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Identity Governance services, including presales, solution design, and implementation.
• Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Run client scoping workshops to define feasible IGA solutions with clear timelines and costs.
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with practice leaders and sales teams to support cross‑sell opportunities and practice growth.
• Assist in business‑development strategies to promote the Identity Governance practice.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on SailPoint and stay current on emerging IAM trends.
• Lead workshops for requirements gathering, process design, and technical solutioning.
• Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
• Mentor consultants and architects to enhance delivery quality.
• Ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction while balancing business, technical, and compliance goals.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Apply change‑management techniques to help clients adopt Identity Governance solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint solutions and IAM best practices.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for client workshops, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Experience delivering complex IAM projects in regulated environments.
