Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

Medialicious is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead multi‑brand acquisition across its fast‑growing social gaming portfolio. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and focused on building and scaling affiliate and influencer partnerships in the iGaming space.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute affiliate outreach strategies for multiple brands and markets.
• Identify, engage and negotiate with new affiliates, presenting clear CPA‑based commercial playbooks.
• Conduct research to uncover growth opportunities and refine acquisition tactics.
• Improve automation and scalability of affiliate operations by reviewing tools and processes.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform and regional advertising regulations.
• Collaborate with the broader acquisition team to share insights and drive innovation.
• Document best practices, create repeatable processes and monitor affiliate activity to avoid traffic cannibalisation.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing, especially in the U.S. market.
• Well‑connected network of iGaming affiliates.
• Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional travel.
