Senior Gaming Propositions Executive

About the role

The Senior Gaming Propositions Executive will own the planning and performance of the UK & Ireland gaming proposition. Reporting to the Gaming Proposition Manager, you will help shape strategy, drive market‑leading campaigns and ensure the proposition delivers commercial benefit through enhanced retention and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall proposition strategy and ensure it creates market‑leading experiences.
• Deputise for the Gaming Proposition Manager on various projects and tasks.
• Coordinate planning, execution and reporting of the proposition across internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to deliver commercial objectives for proposition campaigns.
• Act as the liaison between Proposition, Brand and Design teams to ensure effective communication.
• Ideate, develop and launch customer‑centric promotional campaigns.
• Oversee critical customer journeys, optimise conversion and recommend enhancements.
• Support Go‑To‑Market planning for proposition and product campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong customer insight and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data effectively.
• Experience working across multiple products and verticals simultaneously.
• Proven track record in retention and customer‑experience tactics.
• Confidence in analysing data to challenge stakeholders.
• Experience delivering on brand strategies and managing budgets to achieve ROI.
• Good IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
