Senior Insurance Broker

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Insurance Broker to join our established insurance business in Gibraltar. The ideal candidate will bring around ten years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably from underwriting and/or broking roles, with expertise in commercial lines, personal lines, or both.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of experienced brokers.
• Provide professional insurance broking services to senior clients.
• Support and advise clients on their insurance requirements.
• Maintain the highest professional standards in client interactions.
• Apply underwriting and broking expertise across commercial and personal lines.
• Identify opportunities for additional client services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive, people‑focused environment.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects as they arise.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of relevant insurance experience.
• Expertise in commercial lines and/or personal lines.
• Strong commitment to professional standards and client service.
• Proven management or leadership experience.
