Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of post‑qualification experience as a lawyer and a proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, service agreements, lease agreements and related addenda.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders such as sales and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure contracts support business objectives and mitigate risks.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws across relevant jurisdictions.
• Design and maintain user‑friendly contract templates and internal policies.
• Lead initiatives to enhance contract lifecycle management systems.
• Liaise with external advisors for complex or jurisdiction‑specific issues.

Required profile

• A law degree from an accredited university in any EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in commercial or corporate law.
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with cross‑jurisdictional elements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience in the iGaming sector (preferred).
• Familiarity with legal systems outside the EU.
• Experience working with SaaS or technology‑related contracts.
