Senior PPC Executive

About the role

BOYLE Sports is seeking a data‑driven Senior PPC Executive to join its Performance Marketing team in Gibraltar. You will work closely with the PPC Manager and cross‑functional teams to strategise, execute and evaluate campaigns for the Gaming and Sportsbook verticals, aiming to meet acquisition, deposit and quality KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day campaign management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads and Google UAC.
• Plan, coordinate, analyse and optimise campaign performance to influence acquisition, deposit and quality KPIs.
• Generate innovative ideas for promotions, product launches and seasonal activities.
• Identify scaling opportunities and implement effective keyword research, bidding and campaign structures.
• Manage channel budgets, maintain GEO splits and ensure spend efficiency against CPA, ROI and FTD targets.
• Conduct A/B testing with a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting, partnering with BI as needed.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly reports and act on tasks from the PPC Manager.
• Deputise for the PPC Manager in meetings and operational matters.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in PPC marketing, preferably within Sportsbook or Gaming.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and commercial mindset.
• Experience delivering actionable insights from large data sets.

Required skills

• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (essential).
• Apple Search Ads (essential).
• Google UAC and broader app acquisition (desirable).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, large dataset handling).
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Data visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, SKAN/app attribution frameworks (advantage).
