Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Executive will manage and optimise the social presence of Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo across multiple channels. Working closely with internal teams, you will deliver engaging content, support campaign roll‑outs and foster community interaction in line with brand and commercial goals, while aligning with US time‑zone schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Operate daily social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, YouTube) and ensure consistent, high‑quality content delivery.
• Publish and schedule posts using social media management tools, maintaining content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Draft, edit and optimise copy and community messaging, coordinating with designers for creative assets.
• Execute social‑led campaigns, competitions and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to user interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Track performance metrics, contribute to reporting and use insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, emerging trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations for innovative social output.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content‑focused roles.
• Strong communication skills, creativity and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and align with US time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Proficiency in managing platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord and YouTube.
