Sports Trader – On-site in Gibraltar

About the role

Midnite is looking for an experienced Sports Trader to join its growing trading team in Gibraltar. You will be responsible for managing risk across a wide range of sports, profiling customers, setting prices and handling live betting action.

Key responsibilities

• Profile customers and manage risk based on betting behaviour.
• Monitor sporting events from a risk perspective, including liabilities and limits.
• Set and adjust prices across multiple sports and special markets.
• Respond to trading‑related customer queries accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with trading suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with the wider team to plan and promote trading products.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sports or Risk Trader.
• Proven ability to profile customers and manage event limits.
• Strong judgement and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Deep knowledge of a broad range of sports beyond football.
