Visual Designer Graduate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and curious Graduate Visual Designer to join Xapo Bank’s fully‑distributed team. Over a 12‑month graduate programme you will work remotely on real‑world projects that shape the brand’s visual identity across fintech, banking and blockchain products.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and brand assets such as social media posts, campaign visuals, ads and promotional materials.
• Create motion graphics and animations for digital channels, including social posts and product walkthroughs.
• Produce visual content using our image library; experience with AI‑generated or 3D assets is a plus.
• Collaborate with marketers, product managers and senior designers to understand briefs and deliver high‑quality work.
• Maintain brand consistency while helping evolve Xapo’s visual language.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, balancing quality with turnaround speed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career designer with a strong eye for visual craft.
• Portfolio that showcases personal, university or freelance projects.
• Passion for emerging creative tools and a desire to grow fast in a remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for design and layout.
• Hands‑on experience with motion‑design tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle or After Effects.
• Experience using Midjourney or comparable AI image‑generation tools.
• Interest in 3D design (optional).
