App Delivery Co-ordinator

About the role

A client of bullfinch, Patrianna, is looking for an App Delivery Co-ordinator. The role owns every developer account, compliance check and submission, from setup to live, making app delivery repeatable at scale across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage developer accounts end-to-end: set up and run Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console accounts, including enrolment, verification, access roles, certificates, signing keys and renewals, kept documented and audit-ready.
• Scale app frameworks across accounts with engineering, ensuring each app has distinct metadata, assets and configuration that meet uniqueness and anti-spam requirements.
• Act as the platform compliance expert: monitor Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Programme Policies (including simulated gambling rules) and turn policy changes into briefs for engineering, product and account teams.
• Run pre-submission checks on age ratings, privacy labels, Data Safety forms, in-app purchase setup, odds disclosures and regional restrictions.
• Handle rejections, appeals, Resolution Centre replies and policy warnings, and feed lessons back into the team's checklists.
• Maintain a central register of accounts, frameworks, versions and release schedules, and act as the main point of contact for clients on store requirements and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven, hands-on experience managing App Store Connect and Google Play Console submissions, releases, store listings and review issues.
• Solid working knowledge of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies, ideally including regulated or age-gated content.
• Demonstrated experience setting up developer accounts for organisations, including D-U-N-S verification and legal agreements.
• Firm grasp of iOS and Android app signing (certificates and provisioning profiles).
• Exceptionally organised, keeping registers, checklists and process documentation accurate and up to date.
• Clear, direct communicator able to write appeals, explain policy to engineers and manage client expectations.
