Business Insights Lead

About the role

ARRISE, a global iGaming software and services provider, is looking for a sharp, resourceful analyst to turn a large volume of data into clear business decisions. You will own work from question to conclusion: find the data, check it, explain what matters and follow through. Strong use of AI and analytical tools is central, both for everyday delivery and for building automated reporting and insight workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate insights to commercial and operational questions, presenting the conclusion first with concise explanations, useful charts and clear assumptions.
• Look beyond the initial request and proactively extend analyses to other key areas, such as how to allocate the next 100 tables across games, languages and betting limits.
• Investigate performance changes, identify their likely drivers and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up analysis and build repeatable reports, alerts and workflows, checking the underlying logic and validating outputs.
• Work with Data Engineering and platform teams to understand available data, reconcile inconsistencies and define additional data requirements.
• Keep analysis organised and reusable, tracking requests, managing changing priorities and maintaining clear definitions and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking, commercial judgment, exceptional self-learning ability and clear communication.
• Organisation, ownership, speed and initiative under pressure, with high responsiveness during working hours and occasional availability for urgent requests outside normal hours.
• A strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline is preferred; candidates early in their careers are welcome.
• Ability to work alongside the team in the Gibraltar office.

Required skills

• Strong SQL and Excel skills, able to retrieve, combine, check and analyse data independently.
• Practical ability to use AI tools and to build automated analytical workflows.
• Advantages: Python, BI visualisation tools, experience building automated workflows and knowledge of iGaming.
