Commercial Executive

About the role

Entain is looking for a Commercial Executive to support the Commercial Manager in optimizing the Gaming lobby and Table & Slot products. You will test new platform features, implement a market‑leading content roadmap, and continuously improve the player experience through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Test new and existing platform features, conduct QA and A/B testing, and provide feedback to project teams.
• Use BI tools to report on game and supplier performance, monitor releases, and highlight risks or successes.
• Analyze click‑through data, lobby metrics and game performance to suggest and implement improvements.
• Support analytics of promotions to optimise ROI, detect fraud and bonus abuse, and reduce wasted bonus spend.
• Maintain and optimise the Gaming lobby, ensuring tools reflect customer preferences and brand pillars.

Required profile

• Keen interest in online slots and gaming products.
• Broad understanding of competitors and the gaming market.
• Ability to make sensible decisions based on basic analysis and present insights to the team.
• Strong communication skills to convey key selling points of games.

Required skills

• Experience with BI reporting tools.
• QA testing of digital platforms.
