About the role

Welcome to The Eliott, Gibraltar’s finest hotel. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth outlet performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurant, bar, and events
• Lead, recruit, train, and develop the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Manage stock, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets and minimise waste
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and beverage offerings and deliver a cohesive guest experience
• Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Bring strong leadership, energy, and organisation to a fast‑paced environment

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role within a quality hotel or restaurant
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive revenue
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and hands‑on approach with attention to detail
