Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

As an Onboarding Coordinator you will ensure newly signed operator partners launch with Playson quickly and smoothly. You will act as the bridge between Sales, Technical Integration, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management, guiding each project from contract signature to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for operator partners, from contract signing to successful launch.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects across global markets simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, ensuring a positive experience.
• Work closely with Technical Integration to manage API integrations, product configuration and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management to meet onboarding milestones.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and launch checklists, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive commercial launch activities, including game positioning and promotional opportunities.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to reduce time‑to‑market and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in the B2B iGaming industry, preferably with operators, suppliers or aggregators.
• Proven experience managing customer onboarding, implementation or integration projects.
• Strong project‑management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to manage expectations and support product launches.

Required skills

• API integration and technical implementation knowledge.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile project‑management methodologies.
