Identity Strategist - Fraud and Identity Customer Advisor

About the role

Jumio is looking for an Identity Strategist, a customer-facing fraud and identity subject matter expert who acts as a forward-deployed consultant across pre-sales, onboarding and ongoing expansion. You work directly with enterprise customers to design product implementation strategies, evaluate risk profiles and align Jumio's identity verification solutions with their business goals. You own the onboarding mission for new deployments, helping overcome regulatory, legal or operational hurdles to speed up time-to-live and time-to-value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with new and existing customers to evaluate their risk profile and design tailored fraud strategies
• Recommend risk mitigation, user friction reduction and verification workflow optimisation
• Help design standardised identity workflows in the Jumio product suited to different verticals and use cases
• Drive launch readiness by resolving technical, regulatory or policy bottlenecks
• Advise customer risk and fraud teams on emerging fraud vectors and industry best practices
• Confirm implementation milestones, integration alignment with Jumio best practices, and coordinate go-live planning, readiness reviews and support on go-live day

Required profile

• Professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk or a related field, with customer-facing experience in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product or implementation
• Strong consultative, analytical and strategic thinking focused on risk strategy and workflow design
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering and Legal/Compliance
• Preferred: experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech or enterprise software; knowledge of APIs, integrations and SaaS platforms; project management certification; experience with global enterprise customers

What we offer

• Annual full-time salary (38.5 hours per week) of at least 80,000 EUR gross, with possible overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
