People Partner (Gibraltar) – On-site

About the role

We are supporting a growing iGaming business looking for a People Partner to join our Gibraltar office and serve as the point of contact for all people‑related matters. This broad role combines hands‑on HR operations with strategic business partnering, giving you the chance to shape the employee experience as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, development and engagement.
• Provide practical advice on Gibraltar employment legislation and HR matters.
• Improve People processes, policies and employee initiatives.
• Use People data and employee feedback to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Champion company values and introduce AI/automation to improve People processes.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or in a broad People role.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Confident coaching managers and building trusted relationships.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business.
• Commercially minded with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working.
• Interest in using technology and AI to improve HR practices.
