Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

YSIYellow Social Interactive is seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for a fast‑growing digital business in the high‑growth US market. You will build and optimise the paid channel engine, working closely with analytics, creative, product and partnership teams to drive scalable customer acquisition across web and app.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise paid acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, Apple Search Ads and programmatic channels.
• Support and scale programmatic activity across DSPs, including display, video and native inventory.
• Manage campaign budgets, spend pacing and efficiency targets across the channel mix.
• Forecast, plan budgets and model growth for paid acquisition.
• Identify new channel opportunities and build test‑and‑learn cases.
• Maintain end‑to‑end tracking and measurement frameworks, ensuring attribution accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking and platform integration issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of creative, audience, bidding and campaign structure.
• Leverage AI‑powered bidding tools and machine‑learning audiences to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple channel types.
• Proven experience managing web and app attribution frameworks (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Experience operating in a multi‑state or heavily regulated environment.
• Experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.
