Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

B2Spin is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work at the heart of its people function, partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability and drive growth. This hands‑on role combines strategic workforce planning with day‑to‑day employee relations across a global, distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute people strategy, including workforce planning and organisational design.
• Own the full employee‑relations caseload: disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance cases and investigations.
• Design and run engagement programmes such as pulse surveys and culture initiatives, turning insights into action.
• Coach line managers on difficult conversations, performance feedback and conflict resolution.
• Drive policy and compliance across multiple legal entities, keeping HR documentation current.
• Track and analyse people metrics (turnover, engagement, ER trends) to enable proactive interventions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in employee relations, handling complex disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of global employment law and ability to apply it across jurisdictions.
• Strategic HR experience working with senior stakeholders on org design and workforce planning.
• Relevant qualification – degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; CIPD qualification is a strong advantage.
• Experience in fast‑paced, regulated, tech‑driven environments; iGaming experience is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed, remote‑first context.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of credibility at all organisational levels.
